Our company name
is Barakah Fresh Deli was focus on wet food delivery . Barakah mean “wet food
we supply is to meet the tenets of Islam such as the clean, high quality and
maintained to avoid any threat of infection”. As we know, our company is
concerned about the wet food supply halal concept in all its management,
including packaging, distribution, and storage of food. In addition, the word "Fresh
Deli" is to say that we only supply fresh food to our customers as well as
direct delivery to customers who make an order.

Logo Of Company
Barakah Fresh
Deli Enterprise is a new business owned by four shareholders. This is a symbol
or logo for our company. Due to our business and focus on the delivery of fresh
food in wide, therefore, our logo was symbolic of our services to customers.We
use different colour in our logo to represent about our company in detail .
Our company logo
has three main colors, and there is also a fish-shaped graphic. Three primary
colors are applied in our company's logo is green, blue and red and the colors
are on the side of fish in the logo. Green color that is on the word
"Barakah" was symbolic of the concept of halal food and focuses on
the blessings in all our business dealings. In addition, the blue color used in
some water graphics and the word "fresh" is to tell that every wet
food we supply is fresh, clean and guaranteed level of quality.A red colour on
the word “Deli” also variety of colors and a lot of fish to symbolize that our
wet food service is comprehensive regardless of race, religion or wealth. Wet
food delivery given by us on the customer are intended for the facility in the
community in which we emphasize the nature of intimacy in the business.
1.3 Nature of business
Our business is about wet food .The main point of our business is we sell
many type of wet food such as fish , crab , prawn , shell and cuttlefish
.Other than that , we also sell any type
of vegetable and meat.We choose wet food delivery as our main service because
there is no service business in
Malaysia. This way, we can monopoly the services business in the Kuala Lumpur
area. Furthermore , we also provide service transportation to delivery the wet
food , whereby we can send to all customer.

A wet market is an open marketplace with stalls of vegetables and other
food items presented for sale. Many wet markets are found in China and the
Philippines. The name is based on the fact that these informal market
environments usually have wet floors. Shoppers tolerate sloppy floors and items

regularly spraying the produce and floors with water.

his or her own price and shoppers look for the nicest produce at the best
price. Typically, vendors at wet markets don’t like to make change, so rather

coins.

the animals can be killed and prepared for eating. The practice is
controversial, as some people protest against the marketplace killing of
animals that are often kept in tiny cages until they are sold. Shoppers of wet
market live animals tend to respond that they want to be sure their meat is of
high quality and free from disease.

own market opportunities for farmers or producers to market their products

We choose to run our business at Selayang. Our shop is located at near Pasar Borong Selayang
, because is near from Kuala Lumpur. The
shop will be located on high traffic commuter routes and close to shopping
facilities in order to catch customers going to. Based on our research, this
area has many consumers run on their food business and also the busy country.
We are sure the consumers is do not have time to buy the necessity food and it easy to the retailer on food
industries to run their business like catering.
1.6 Future Prospect Of the Business
Our business
provides a selection of frozen delivery named Fresh Deli because we get the
stock wet food from Kuala Selangor. We guarantee the fresh fwet food can get
the own consumer every day because in town is really hard to get it. We accept
all orders from consumers such as retailer, shop, housewife and others. In the
future we hope our service will be more focused to the delivery of wet food to
large companies such as shopping centers or large restaurants and top hotels.
If given the opportunity, we would like to expand our target market and be
part of international business. In addition, we aim to monopoly the wet food
industry in Malaysia.
2.0 PURPOSE
This business plan is prepared by Barakah
Fresh Deli for the purpose of obtain working capital loan from CIMB
Islamic Bank for the
amount of RM80,000 in additional start-up capital for
the development and operation of Barakah Fresh Deli – wet food delivery.
This plan is provided to give a view of the
business and relevant parties can used this plan as a guideline in making
decision either to proceed giving loan to our business or not.
In addition, this business plan can be acts
as best guideline to us in managing our daily business. This business will also
serve as the financial and operation outline and plan for the first three years
of the business. It can help us to monitor the smoothest of the business.
